How to Book Online
Step 1: Click the “Online Booking” button below to visit our Online Booking site.
Step 2: Click “Login” in the top right corner.
- Returning guests: Enter your login information, User Name is your email address.
- New guests: Enter your information, scroll down, and click “Create Profile.”
Also, you can register or log in after selecting your service and appointment time.
Step 3: Select whether the appointment is for yourself or multiple guests (you may book up to 5 guests at one time). Click “Next.”
Step 4: Select the service you would like to book and click “Next.”
Step 5: Select a service provider. Any Employee, or a Specific Employee
- If booking multiple services, click “Add Service” after selecting your service provider.
- If booking a single service, click “Next.”
Step 6: Select a Date & Time. Click “Select” next to the date and time that works best for you or your group.
Step 7: Enter Payment Information. We require a 50% deposit for all appointments.
- Enter your credit or debit card information to secure your booking.
- If you have a gift card, your deposit can be refunded at checkout or call (419) 885-1140.
Step 8: Review & Confirm.
- Scroll down and check the boxes agreeing to our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions
- Enter your card’s security code
- Click “Book Appointment”
Step 9: Appointment Confirmation
You will be directed to a confirmation page that says: “Success! Your Appointment is Booked!”
From there, you can:
- Add the appointment to your calendar
- Book another appointment
