Cancellation Policy

At Reve Salon and Spa we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other guests on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment via our online portal. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you will need to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour period due to an emergency. We always do our best to give grace in these moments, but we do track all late cancellations and no-shows in order to ensure our policy is not abused. If we find this happens two times or more in a calendar year, you will be asked to pre-pay for your services moving forward.

Service Guarantee 

Reve Salon & Spa guarantees all of our work. If you aren’t happy with your results, we will make it right – at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for services received.

Returns & Exchanges

Retail may be returned for a full refund but must be at least 75% full and within two weeks of purchase. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom-ordered hair extensions.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee. 

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a modified service or rescheduling, with fees applied.

Service Changes
Any changes to services requested at the time of booking may require additional time, service charge, and are subject to availability.

Guarantees and Service Adjustments
If you feel an adjustment is needed for your salon or spa service, please contact us promptly. Adjustments must be made within seven days of service.

Health and Safety
For everyone’s well-being, please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell. This ensures a safe environment for all guests and staff.

Children
Children may not be brought along during spa appointments.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the end of each appointment. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Reve gift cards. Checks are not accepted.

State Sales Tax
State sales tax is not included in the listed prices of the facial, waxing, massage, body treatment, manicure, and pedicure. State sales tax is included in the full day and half day spa days. State sales tax does not apply to any hair services.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our Services, but not to the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we don’t manage. We gather various types of Personal Information from our users, as explained in more detail below, and we use this Personal Information internally in connection with our Services, including to personalize, provide, and improve our services, to allow you to set up a user account and profile, to contact you and allow other users to contact you, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to analyze how you use the Services. In certain cases, we may also share some Personal Information with third parties, but only as described below.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us.

We’re constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice within the application, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.

We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone. However, we may share your Personal Information with third parties.
