Monday – Thursday: 8a – 9p
Friday: 8a – 5p
Saturday: 8a – 5p
Sunday: 10a – 4p

Parking

Parking is available in front of the Salon and Spa on Main Street, and behind on Richard Becker Place. There are entrances on both sides.

Cancellations

Please call 24 hours ahead to avoid possible cancellation charges. Spa days and side-byside cancellations require 48 hour notice.

Returns

Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and at least 75% full. Open makeup, nail polish, and hair brushes are not returnable.

Confirmations

Spa days, side-by-sides and bridal parties require credit card confirmation.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Cash. Checks are not accepted.

State Sales Tax

State sales tax is not included in the listed prices of the facial, waxing, vichy shower, massage, body treatment, manicure, pedicure and Cosmedica sections. State sales tax is included in the full day and half day spa days. State sales tax does not apply to any hair services.

Guarantees and Service Adjustments

If you feel an adjustment is needed for your salon or spa service, please contact us promptly. Adjustments must be made within seven days of service.

Groups and Parties

Reve Salon and Spa occupies 10,000 square feet on five beautiful floors, and is available for meetings, parties and other events.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the Salon or Spa.

Children

Children may not be brought along during spa appointments.

Cell phones

We discourage distractions during spa experiences. Please turn cell phones to vibrate during these services.

Refreshment

Coffee, tea and water are always complimentary.
